I had a really terrible experience working with a loan officer Daniel Corby at this location. I was doing a cash out refinance on a property I own in Missouri. His wife, referred him who works for a different mortgage company here in Texas however she wasn’t licensed in Missouri so she said her husband Daniel could handle the cash out. Well, that turned out to be a complete disaster! The communication from the start was poor. There was a delay on getting started on the loan which caused a ripple effect and throughout the process, I would call email and text for updates and it would take days to receive a response from Daniel and the response would be incomplete.. This loan Was needed to put some cash towards a purchase in Texas and due to the lackadaisical nature of Daniel, he waited too l
