Prime W Apartments

Cons: Feels more expensive than other apartments in the area but most utilties are included; my monthly bill is $1175 for rent, internet, water, trash, and pet rent, for a one-bedroom-studio without washer/dryer. There are weirdly not many outlets throughout the apartment, and baseboard heaters make two of those outlets unusable in the winter. Wilmington Pike can sometimes be very loud with cars and sirens. There is not much room for guest parking, usually all spots are full by nighttime. Pros: Maintenance has always been prompt and helpful. Office staff respond quickly to emails. The location is great, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. There are very few bugs on the upper floors. I don't ever hear my neighbors unless they're in the hallway. I had mold in my ac or bath tube, thay was never removed. my fridge didn't work from day one. The above neighbors kept me up all night all the time. Parklawn constantly taking all the parking spots yet if we park in their spots they lose their minds. I was told I got a newly re done apartment yet my neighbors apartment was much nicer. My pipes under the sink were held together by duct tape. They will bleed you dry i spent 2 whole days cleaning the place before I left yet they still charged me out the butt for cleaning. They will charge you and extra 250 for being even 1 or 2 days late. I would never recommend this place.

Been here since 2021 and just renewed my lease. I love this place for the following reasons: 1. Location. It’s very close to my work, gym groceries, restaurants and parks. Its proximity makes my routine pretty convenient. Everything is just 10minutes away or less. 2. Good neighborhood. I always feel safe in the area. It’s quiet. People are also courteous. 3. Maintenance and Manager respond quickly. They always make sure the tenant’s concerns are being addressed. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a great time living at studio w! My apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and the hallways in the building are brand new with hardwood floors! The neighbors are quiet, and maintenance is always quick if I ever put a work order in. They also have a cleaning service that makes sure that the building is clean! 10/10 would recommend these apartments!

I used to live here with my friend for a couple years and it’s amazing! It had full amenities like a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge. The A/C was new and worked great even came with a remote. There is washer and dryers downstairs for public use as well as a laundry mat down the street. Right down the road is a Meijer and plenty of places to eat. The management was great, I just slipped my rent into the management offices mailbox each month. I’d say I paid around $600 after hot water but they don’t make you pay for gas or electric. I enjoyed my time there!
