What a breeze to close on a property with Prime Title! Denise did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and in our favor. I highly recommend using Prime Title. I will definitely be back for my next property purchase.
We closed on 3 properties and were told when the buyer's paid in full they would transfer the deeds at no additional cost. They transferred ONE and informed us the employee should not have done it, and we were responsible for the other two. Never doing business with them again.
