Prime Square Apartments and Townhomes

I've lived here since April 1, 2022 and I have enjoyed living here! It's quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. I love how close I am to multiple grocery stores and TONS of different restaurants. They update the apartment buildings frequently and make sure to keep everything in tip top shape. There's also a swing set with a slide out back for kiddos to play on! 😊

Lived here for quite some time and loved it! The property was well kept and the property manager was always professional and quick to respond to any issues. The price is great for the area and the apartments are spacious, which is hard to find in Kettering! My neighbors were all super friendly which helped me feel even safer. Wish I could give more stars!

Stayed in one of the townhomes for almost a year and we couldn't have been happier. Overall, the place was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Management responded quickly and they are super friendly! I also had 0 issues getting my mail and packages (something I had issues with at prior apartment complexes).

I have had no issues really since living here since April. Location is nice and so is my apartment. I wish there was like a dog park area but it's 15 minutes to a few of them.

The location and maintenance crew is very nice. There is no security whar so ever aand managers will harass you for implementing any form of tenants rights. They will unlock your doors to let strangers in asnd destroy things to get even if you do so they can charge you. There is no nouse curfewThey will lie to your insurance should there be damage to your property via their neglect. Also DO NOT rent from them if you are disabled in any form because they will exploit it. They allow and protect drug users.
