Great, clean, well-priced properties. However, you should not disclose any amount of your personal life, no matter how friendly the property manager comes across. You should also fit into the normal, white, ideal demographic with a perfect credit history and score. They are a great property management company but have zero desire for helping their community.

Always attentive to our needs. Feels like staying in the 5 Star hotel at very affordable price. I moved out and now I am back again for simple logic! I am very much satisfied and happy w/all of their service as well as the friendly staff. Nate always reply and make sure to meet all your needs and listen to your concerns. Highly recommended, you won't regret and that is a promise!

To start, I am not 100% innocent, but at some point you take things into your own hands. I lived in prime rentals happily for over a year with no problems, but still have to give one star due to how I was treated. We had new neighbors move in above us about half way through our 2nd lease agreement and immediately knew they were going to be a very loud family. Lease states you need to reach out to your neighbors yourself at least twice before getting landlords involved. It did not matter how many complaints I made, I was always told it was a "he said, she said" matter and they wouldn't do anything. The neighbors got furious with my complaints and got so loud my lighting fixtures would regularly fall off the ceiling. They also continuously let their dogs off leash and or charge other residen

Prime has been great to us for about a year now! We have renewed our lease and have enjoyed renting from them thus far. Our rental is up to date with good water and good heat and air flow throughout the house - even on the hottest summer days and coldest winter nights! The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and always on top of responding quickly to my emails or any necessary maintenance requests. Never had any issues with the rental or with any of the staff. I have recommended a few friends to rent from them as well! I appreciate how helpful they have been throughout this journey and look forward to another year!

I rented my former apartment for the past 6-1/2 years from the previous owner, Gold Rush, up through within the last month with Prime Rentals. My experience with Prime was fantastic. My interactions with staff and maintenance workers were always positive and they were very helpful and professional. Maintenance was always completed in a timely manner and their communication was very good throughout my time renting. The apartment was very nicely finished compares to other rental options and the rent prices were also affordable. Would highly recommend renting through Prime.
