My husband & I had a terrible experience with Primo regarding a rental in the Heights. The agent was incredibly rude, pushy, dismissive, and manipulative. While she kept saying “I represent you”, the statements and actions that followed were anything but strong representation. Amy Gumble was so helpful and diligent in an exhausting process. She was upbeat, friendly and kind, never rushed us or made us feel like our needs were too much. Any request or question was met with a can-do attitude. Especially given that rentals don't make huge commissions, her level of care made us feel like million dollar buyers.
