I have used PPM since June of 2014 to manage a four plex that I purchased. So far I have zero complaints. They are much cheaper than most other property management companies out there and they do a fantastic job. They have a very thorough screening process so that you don't get the bottom of the barrel when it comes to renters. So far of the two units they have filled since I hired them, I have had zero issues. They track income and expenditures and send out monthly breakdowns as well as year end totals for tax reporting purposes. They allow you to do your own work in regards to repairs and maintenance if you want or you can use their maintenance people who do a good job. Prime Property Management has been nothing but helpful. We loved our time with Prime Property Management. The main worry about renting a home is what type of condition it will be left in. The screening process and quarterly check-ins really ensured that our property was taken care of. I also lived out of state during my rental period and never had to worry about dealing with issues with the house. They were always on top of it and always communicated appropriately with us. If you are considering renting your home, I highly recommend working with Utah's Prime Property Management--they will make the process very easy for you.

As a property owner living far away it is very hard to trust a business with your interest and ensure things are handled in the right manor. Prime Property managed our home for two years and always ensured the repairs were completed in a timely manor. They always were able to find tenants quickly with almost zero turn around time. They worked with us and seemed to have our best interest. Even when it came times sell our home, they continued to do whatever we needed to be completed. Very trustable and easy to work with!!!!

My wife and I lived in an apartment managed by Prime Property management for a year. Throughout the lease there were a couple times our rent checks were “lost” or applied to the wrong unit. If you ever have to contact them, I hope you are fine with only leaving a voicemail and not being contacted back for a week. After we moved out there was some carpet that needed to be replaced (I know that’s my fault), and I was told they would send us a final invoice of the total amount owed. Months went by and there was no final notice until 6 months after we moved out I received a call saying “you have a balance due and we need to arrange payment options to close out your account” so we made arrangements to pay partial that day then split the balance and pay half 2 weeks later than the final payment

I am writing this review after coming across a few reviews I felt were extremely unfair. Prime Property Management has been managing my town home for just under 4 years, they took over management after my wife and I got married and we moved into my house and we rented my wife’s town home out. During the 4 year period I have had only one renter who was amazing, this renter has recently left as of January 2015. I was notified right away of him giving his notice and Prime has been taking care of everything to get it rented again, this includes replacing the living room floors because the carpet was old and warn out, they have provided me with pricing for both carpet and hardwood at my request so I could see the cost difference and also took the time over the phone with me to discuss what woul
