Edit in response to owners reply: the offending apartment is 38. Building next to the pool. I have called the office 7 times leaving voice-mails and talked to a lady once who said months ago to call back if they didn't stop after that weekend. I called back a bunch of times and never had them pick up the phone. I am not going to email or text you because I have already done so many times and gotten no reply. The apartmemt beside me has been playing club music for 4 days straight so loud it vibrates my walls and floors. I've reported them at least 5 times over the past 2 or 3 months when they do this and nothing, not even all those emails about noise complaints makes it stop. It's the apartment lowest level facing golf course in building close to the pool. I have barely been able to sleep

I live in the prime I love it so much it is nice and quiet and if you have a issue the will fix it Mr Andre is one of the nice maintenance that there is he will stop eating to come and see what is wrong and fix it . And Mr gave keep the ground nice and clean they are will stop and say hi to. The two lady’s in the office are so nice if you have an issue they will try to fix it for you.

This place is a joke my friend had a bat inside her apartment for over a week and manager said it’s not their responsibility to get it out they told her the apartment was rehab before she moved in this wasn’t true the ceilings leaked the flooring in the living room water came through and to ad injury to insult when my friend complained management told her to leave without a court order they took the lights out of her name in 20 degree weather this Natasha is a bully and is doing things that the laws in this state don’t agree with if you’ve experienced similar treatment please feel free to comment are contact me I think people should look into a class action law suit oh and.I forgot to mention the rent she was quoted a rental price for 1125.00 but every month her rent was between 1300 - 15

The property manager is amazing. All the employees are friendly, help get things done in a timely manner, and go above and beyond. The units have been renovated and are nice. Definitely would reccomend

Pro Apartments is awesome. I love these people in here. They work with you and they are amazing. I love living here. They are not bad people.
