Prime Hamburg Apartments

Don’t come rent here. My partner just got a call from collections telling him he owed $685 do to leaving without a notice. He’s never received a call from the apartments of unpaid dues. The bigger issue is if you talk to the landlord you better do it in writing or email because my partner informed them 2 months prior of moving out but it was verbal and they decided to not take it as a notice. Another thing if you don’t take pics or videos of the apartment left in good conditions they will make up charges which is clearly what they did here. This is why you have to look out for people who’s first language isn’t English because even if they follow the rules companies like this one screw people over if nothing is done on paper or with proof.

I love the area, the new management and especially the property manager, Ivy Watts. She has been incredibly accommodating, gone above and beyond to make sure I can move in and feel comfortable in my new space. She and the new management have been on top of it, renovating the entire area and solving issues to make the place look and feel better. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of its transitional period. It’s gonna be a really special place when Ivy gets through, that’s for sure.

ive lived here two years. its been hell. plus im a single mom of two. there has been three different management companies since ive lived here. the first stopped paying the pest control so they stopped coming, the second gave it up as soon as the bought it, and although the current is trying to take better care of place, sadly i feel like it it invested and need to be torn down. they are EVERYWHERE. im a very clean person and walked into my kitchen to 20-30 of them scattering when i turn my light on. and its not just once in a blue moon, its EVERY NIGHT. i have to continuously throw away food, clothing, blankets, everything. i do not keep clutter. example; i have had to buy a brand new christmas tree the past two years to avoid any clutter in my closets. another example, my kids were gifte

To all the staff members employed here and helping maintain the environment and apartment buildings. Yall are extremely helpful and show amazing hospitality

Rented sight unseen from out of town. I was expecting regular apartment living riff raff.. But this is another level. You can't cook, eat, store food, or shower. The worst living conditions I've ever seen. Id rather go to Hell than to live here. Be prepared to leave all your possessions due to the Worst Roach infestation ever in life. And the building is infested not just your unit so nothing will rid you of roaches. Quite disturbing. I lost it all. Now I'm suing. Good luck. These buildings should be condemned. Oh and once you let management know that the living conditions are horrid, they block you and ignore all correspondence. And contacting Denton Floyd Realty the owners won't help either. They act like they're so shocked and concerned but do nothing. They just hope they get poor p
