This management has to be the most irresponsible and unethical place ever. We have been dealing with Mr Michael Cassidy and that has been such a pain, we sent a money order for the assessments, to address prime told is to, and the money order was received but never found, the system kept sending us to collection, and for the first week his only response was that he will get in touch with the accounting team to see what happen with the money order, we asked him nicely if could keep us informed about what they say but that was never the case. I kept calling him while weeks pass and it wasn’t until i told him that he could please escalate this to his supervisor after that he FINALLY escalated the situation to the accounting department manager. I just wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Madison at Prime Community Management. She was incredibly polite, professional, and thorough in answering all my questions. It's not always easy dealing with HOA matters, but Madison made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend their team!

Multiple complaints have been made regarding no pet waste bags. The trash cans for dog waste are always overflowing and no one has had the decency, responsibility or respect for the residents of Osceola Village on South John Young in Kissimmee to make sure the trash bags are here for the dog waste. This is disgusting. It is dangerous. It is disrespectful to those of us that have paid good money to purchase brand new homes and this needs to be addressed. This cannot continue. Complaints have been made and warnings have been issued that pet waste brings rodents. There is also no control regarding the pool area. Thank you so much for understand my questions and dealing with my rudeness at the begging of the call. I was a little frustrated with the community, after a day of trying to reach them, they called back and I spoke with a lady by the name of Michelle, she was pleasant and very easy to deal with. It was all resolved and we settled down to a conversation over the phone. Thank you Michelle. Ask for her next time if someone can’t resolve it!

They are the scam type of HOA. They don’t ever respond to genuine questions or concerns you have. The only time I ever got something from them was a violation for leaving a box in my own driveway so I could go inside and eat after cleaning out my garage, mind you I was pregnant and in Florida heat at the time. They add astronomical and random fees to everything. Don’t expect them to ever answer a call. And from what I gather from my neighbors when they do answer, there’s no solution or their answer is so vague that it requires follow up questions that are then never answer.
