Primary Property Management

I rented three different properties over a 10 year period. The management was always communicative, friendly, and fair. The maintenance teams were always super responsive and thorough. They all just worked to make renting hassle free. The properties were always well kept and clean. I'd recommend renting from them to anyone.

I lived at one of PPM’s properties for 2 years. They are a great example of what a good property management company looks like. whenever we had a maintenance issue, it got resolved quickly. whenever we had a question, they responded in a timely manner. the landscaping was done each week and upheld a great community standard. i really want to make it a point to give kudos to Amy. she was always kind and helpful. many could learn from Amy about what it means to be a great area manager. i would live here again and recommend this company wholeheartedly. great place for first time renters.

When we first moved to the boise area, we were beyond happy to move to Roe Street Town Homes. Although we always paid early, we respected the community standards, our happiness here declined really quick, that soon turned into a nightmare. Somethings that were stated in the contract seemed like common sense. The Moving out process is the cherry on top of things. They dont stick to their word, and will change their story around, yes i even have pictures, video evidence, and every single text and email to back my statements up. Dont expect your full deposit back when you leave. They charge you for carpet cleaning, no matter what. But it doesn't end with that. Lived here for 2 and a half years the management is very easy to contact and they are very helpful and nice. They always let you know if they need to access your apartment for maintenance atleast a day or 2 ahead and the move out process was very easy. Would live here again if I had the chance

LOVED my townhouse with primary property management! Amy and Clarence were great to work with. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly.
