We used Primary Abstract as our title company for a home refinance, and they were absolutely great to work with! Ryan and his staff were super helpful throughout the whole process and kept in constant communication with us. Ryan explained everything in perfect detail that was easy to understand, and he answered all of our questions without hesitation. Also, since we closed during COVID-19, Ryan ensured that everyone stayed safe by taking all the proper social distancing precautions during settlement, which made us feel very comfortable. If i could give Ryan 10 stars I would! when i purchased my home i used the title insurance company my real estate agent suggested. i asked that the home be titled jointly with my wife and not as separate individuals; and they did it wrong. Luckily a few colleagues highly recommended Primary abstract Title Insurance when i refinanced my home and i couldn't be happier. Ryan was meticulous, easy to talk to and had no issues working with my attorney as well. he corrected the title to my home during the refinance and came to meet with us as opposed to us traveling to him (we have 3 children under the age of 5 and Ryan was very accommodating and interacted with our crazy kids as well). I am in the process or searching for a new home in West Chester and there is no doubt i will be using Primary A

Although Ryan did the title work for our home over a decade ago, when I called recently to ask a question about an Owner's Title policy he went way over what I could have ever expected in being helpful to me in somewhat difficult circumstances. He spent far more time looking into my issues than I could have hoped for, and he did it without accepting an offered fee from me. Sometimes I have the impression real estate is filled with sharks, but Ryan truly brought the humanity to the fore.
