Janai was awesome when the property was rented 2 years ago. As she has moved on a new property management she was all anyone could ask for. I was texted from a new property manager I knew nothing abou stating my walk-through was due, which is understandable. I reached out with her via phone call as well as several text messages. Nothing has been responded to. Definitely not a good way to make your residence feel like their property manager cares about their questions, comments and concerns, especially when they are trying to schedule a walk-through.

We have been renting a property managed by them for a few years now and they have been very professional. Janai has been extremely understanding of my schedule and only contacts me through email and Seth has been very polite and accommodating. The owners of the property are amazing people and we make an effort to take care of the property. When we have had issues in the past they have been addressed promptly and their yearly inspections do not make us feel like our privacy has been invaded. Like all good relationships it takes great communication between all parties involved and we have not had an issue with communicating with the owners or Price and Associates.

Janai with Price & Associates was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and effective with getting our family into our new home. She responded to emails, calls, and texts in a timely manner. I would recommend her if you're needing to rent or buy a home.
