This is hands down the best value and location in Forsyth County.The staff in the leasing office have been fantastic to deal with. The maintenance staff do excellent work and respect your space and privacy. The recent upgrades and new siding and paint on the exterior looks fantastic. And the location? I leave for work and there are whitetail deer eating accorns literally twenty feet from my door. There are all kinds of wildlife and beautiful birds here. It's not your typical complex in regards to the surroundings. It's so quiet at night its unbelievable. This is a gem. And it is one better values in the area also. Theresa the Manager could only get five stars but they should be countless stars. The team is efficient and effective. The property has truly gained a gem there. It has gotten only better. The customer service is top notch. She truly understands what the meaning of leadership is and how to guide the team. Way to Go!

I enjoyed my apartment managements was pretty great. But what is terrible as a young black lady staying here it was horrible mentally especially while spending my pregnancy there. My neighbors were horrible i felt judged and racially profiled. I would be sitting in my car and they would pull up look over at me sitting in my car in front of my building and move there car to the other side of the parking lot. THIS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. My boyfriend was out walking and someone decided to drive across to the other side of the street he was walking on by the dog park and acted like they were going to hit him with there car and proceeded to laugh and drive off. Due to this i hardly stay at my apartment. and i actually went and stayed with my mom for about 3 months and continued to get calls f

The pool area was gorgeous clean, relaxing, and honestly even prettier in person. Samantha highlighted everything so well and answered every question with patience. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great place and an even better leasing experience!
