I always get a quick response when putting in a maintenance request. Saul is very prompt and courteous plus very efficient! He knows what he’s doing! Thank you for always looking out for your tenants.

It’s funny I was actually looking to move here. However, after reading all the reviews I have changed my mind. I also notice that anyone who leaves a bad review whoever is replying finds a way to blame the person writing the review, or will claim they can’t find the person in their system. Seems like someone trying to do damage control to me. I also notice that most of the positive reviews seem AI generated. It’s easy to spot as someone who works in AI. I think I am going to pass on this one.

Do not rent here. The management is careless, unhelpful, and quick to punish tenants instead of supporting them. Parking is a nightmare—cars get towed aggressively, and instead of offering solutions, the staff acts like it’s your fault. It feels like they look for reasons to make life harder rather than easier. Maintenance is another disaster. Issues pile up with no urgency to fix them. When you ask for help, you get brushed off or ignored. There’s no real customer service or respect for residents. This place creates unnecessary stress. Between the towing problems, the poor management, and the lack of support, living here feels like a constant battle. Save yourself the headache and look for an apartment where the staff cares about tenants and basic needs are taken seriously.

I moved out following the proper procedure and completed everything on the move-out checklist.
