I applied with a co signer, almost 2 weeks ago, in person they were very nice at first, but later after asking for updates (because they never reached out after I gave them what they needed) they sounded annoyed and gave me the run around. I was always trying to make sure I did what I could so they could have any information they needed. I would email them and they wouldn't respond after saying they did. I checked my email frequently throughout the day. I guess they got tired of me calling everyday. I was never rude or disrespectful I tried not to take much of their time because I know they get busy, at one point I just got hung up on. We got all the information from the co-signer. Very cheerful Gracie has helped me from the first day i was looking for a new apartment very nice person very kind and understandable person tries to help you in a thousand ways if you are looking for an apartment I recommend that you talk to Gracie she lets you know from the beginning if there is a chance that they will accept you or no im about to move in im so thankfull with her theirs not much kindly managers now a days ! <3

When I called to ask a simple question to your leasing agent about a package delivery. I was met with rudeness and an unprofessional attitude. I understand that there are regulations in place regarding package acceptance, and I was not challenging the rules—only seeking clarification. I believe all residents deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, and I felt that this interaction fell short of that standard. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed, as it reflects on the overall experience of living here.Gracie the manager is understanding but I hope you retrain your leasing agents to listen before reacting.
