Preston Hills at Mill Creek Apartments

Lengthy but worth it!! Ok so after living here since the middle of January I can leave an honest review. First the agent Arely I believe her name is (she manages 2 properties) was very kind. It was difficult getting in touch with someone which made me super nervous. Couldn’t see my actual unit till like a day or 2 before move in. I was concerned with the dead roaches and did question them about it. Now once moved in there were roaches here and there but a few pest control visits and some bug out and I was ok. Here and there I will see them coming in from the patio. Kill them and get pest control. If you’re clean you’ll be fine! Nowwwww I wouldn’t say don’t move here but I would say please do your research and look at other places. The rent advertised for a 2/2 was $1,258! First full month

I enjoyed my apartment beside the bugs. But what is terrible as a young black lady staying here was horrible mentally especially while spending my pregnancy there. My neighbors were horrible i felt judged and racially profiled. I would be sitting in my car and they would pull up look over at me sitting in my car in front of my building and move there car to the other side of the parking lot. THIS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. My boyfriend was out walking and someone decided to drive across to the other side of the street he was walking on by the dog park and acted like they were going to hit him with there car and proceeded to laugh and drive off. Due to this i hardly stay at my apartment. and i actually went and stayed with my mom for about 3 months and continued to get calls from the office a

I recently visited these apartments and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and showed me around without rushing. The property looked clean, organized, and well-maintained. Overall, I left with a great impression and felt very welcomed. I would definitely recommend visiting.

This has been a horrible experience dealing with the complex we moved into. Upon moving in we noticed a roach infestation. They said they would send pest control to spray once (which isn’t going to get rid of an infestation). They have us paying every month for pest control that we do not see. There is also poor ventilation in the bathroom which has caused mold to grow. Maintenance came in but did not fully get rid of the mold. We can also hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing. We have messaged them many times with no response and been up to the office with little help. We have been wanting to just speak to a manager but they also ignore our emails and calls.

I just want to take a moment to thank my apartment community. I’ve been struggling financially lately, and they’ve been patient, understanding, and willing to work with me. I’ve stayed in communication with them, and they’ve given me time to pay my rent. This is my first apartment, and honestly, I don’t know if any apartments are like this even existed. I truly appreciate their kindness and support. For anyone thinking about getting an apartment, please try to save at least five months of rent in advance. Life can change so quickly — one moment you’re fine, and the next, you might fall behind. Saving ahead really makes a big difference. 💛
