Preston Grove Apartments

Lived at Preston Grove and I moved out November 10,2025 one day before the end of lease. Paid what ever the rent was charged for that. Still waiting for rent deposit to be returned after apt. Inspection. Spoke to the new office manager a number of times. STILL WAITING!

The apartments themselves are nice but I’ve had issues with the office staff. They say they highly value their residents but have had multiple occasions that say otherwise. It’s such a shame because all of the other staff are amazing but the office staff really pull it down for me. I can’t even guarantee the security of my car parked within the complex without getting towing warnings (and im always parked correctly). Its truly a shame.

As of late 2022-2023,the dryer duct work has not been properly cleaned out and presents a huge fire hazard after having our dryer blow its thermal regulator and being told the duct was already cleaned, I ran 12 feet of cleaning cable and pulled out certainly enough lint and a screw! The train that passes behind the complex shakes the buildings!

Honestly the apartments themselves are nice inside . But the real issue is the lack of parking. I dont know if they are actually keeping up with which cars are actually supposed to be parked here and which are not but it’s pretty ridiculous. Also the new flat rates on water , trash, sewer and pest control are crazy . The water eh I can kinda understand. But theres no way yall are charging $35 a month for trash when the compactor is always breaking down and trash is piling up. Very strange

I have lived at Preston Grove for 3 months now and you will not find a more Quiet and peaceful place to live. Everyone has been very friendly. The staff here has been super helpful from the first day I walked in the rental office. The initial move in was virtually painless with the lease paperwork etc. Before I moved into Preston Grove I looked at a lot of other Apartment complexes and decided on PG because of how much more professional the Staff is than at other places. Even my daughter that lived Preston Grove in the past said the same thing. The management and maintenance have been very good so far.
