I recently went to view a showing with a friend and two agents from Howard Hanna that Paula Young was the listing agent on. While standing outside in the freezing cold for almost 30 minutes, the agent called Paula and had her on speaker. I was appalled and shocked by how Paula spoke to this agent, and how nasty and rude she was. Paula was screaming and swearing at the agent, saying she would not give her the code for the lockbox for us to get in to view the property because she was doing something else and that she didn't give a damn if people were waiting outside in the cold! then, she (Paula) went on to accuse the agent of being rude to her!
