I have resided here for 4yrs and seen a few changes within management. I would say this last change India has stepped in and assisted me and others like the professional she is. A Truly Wonderful Experience at Presley Oaks I moved into Presley Oaks just over three weeks ago, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience from start to finish. My apartment is incredibly spacious and filled with beautiful natural light—it instantly felt like home. The gated community gives me a strong sense of safety and peace of mind, which I truly appreciate. From the leasing process to move-in day and beyond, everything has been flawless. Even when I had a minor issue with the AC/heat unit after moving in, the team responded promptly and professionally. Their commitment to resident comfort is clear. I have been at Presley Oaks for almost 6 years now and I can honestly say its true apartment living. No everything isnt perfect but I never have to question safety , trust of the office , or that my home will not be safe or suitable. Ive heard a resident complain to the office staff about things out of their control and can I just say GET A HOUSE. India has been the most refreshing person that Presley Oaks has had. She came into presley I want to say a year ago and from there you can see the way she truly cares about residents. Even when I sit in the office for a few hours ive heard her even speak and take control of a situation just like a manage should and would. The new front desk lady is pretty rude but you can tell shes just here to get paid shes never really working , and dont get me

We just moved in to Presley Oaks apartments and I can honestly say it's been one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The Good: Beautifully maintained grounds - The landscaping is always pristine, and you can tell the management team takes real pride in the property's appearance Responsive Team: honey was great from the first day that I called to inquire about Presley Oaks through the whole process she was very communicative which in general is huge, but even the more since I was relocating from out of state in a short period of time. If you have to live in an apartment for any reason, Presley Oaks is it. I still love living here. Office staff is professional and accommodating, maintenance crew is fast and knowledgeable, good neighbors and grounds are well kept. The wood burning fireplace is very special during colder months.
