Presidium Tech Ridge Apartments

This is a review for Ezequiel and Nicole, they help me to find my perfect apartment and I decide to stay here because of these 2. They are so amazing, generous, patients and kind. They would help you to resolve any issue that you have, very responsables and communicative. This apparent complex is so nice, the amaneties: stunning. They create special days to create community inside the complex and make you feel like home. I'm so greatfull for been here and be attended by Ezequiel and Nicole. You guys are amazing!

The rent is high, but the atmosphere feels more like an institution than a home. My garage was broken into, even though this place advertises 24-hour security that I’m paying for. Management never took accountability, offered no help, and acted like it wasn’t their problem. The moment I put in my 60-day notice, the harassment started. The general manager, Lucas, began slamming his door constantly, sometimes several times a day. His boyfriend would go in and out, slamming doors and honking his truck horn excessively, clearly trying to disturb my peace. I’m very disappointed with the maintenance and overall service at this community, especially considering the luxury-level rent they charge. The biggest issue is the extremely long delays in repairs. Management repeatedly says appliances or equipment are “under warranty” and that they are waiting on the manufacturer, but in the meantime residents are left without basic functionality. Our oven stopped working and it took more than four weeks to fix. Our dishwasher has now been out of service for over two weeks with the same explanation. It’s frustrating to pay luxury apartment prices and still have to hand-wash dishes for weeks at a time. The same pattern applies to other areas as well. Let me start by saying, Bailey is amazing! She has been our to-go-to since the beginning. She has a welcoming smile and strives to have a solution to our issues. We moved in since January to one of the newer apartments. There were some problems with the move in date and the new construction, but the staff was able to assist promptly. We never felt ignored or neglected. The amenities are truly remarkable and always clean. The work space is very useful, and the coffee machine is very convenient. I feel like I’m at home when visiting the club house. We love that we are so close to H35, heb, our gym House of Gainz, and the Q stop. The problem I often see comes from the residents not taking care of the amenities. We need tutorial videos in how to throw away the trash lol. Some people don’t know
