Presidium Waterford is spectacular — so clean with a true hotel feel. The finishes are honestly the best in the entire area. Management has excellent communication and top-tier customer service, and maintenance is quick and efficient. I truly cannot recommend this community enough. If you’re considering it, don’t wait — lease while they still have availability!

Ironcrest apartments with Byron and his team don’t pay there vendors and constantly make excuses or don’t respond. Corporate has been contacted with no response as well. If you can’t pay there vendors I can’t imagine you treat your customers. It’s truly sad you think you can get away with what you do. I just know your response to this review if you do write one will be unhelpful and provide no contact information and will remain unresolved to. Customers and vendors beware of this company… 90 days later and no response.

Your response is unacceptable. How do we reach out if your teams do not answer the phone? How do we reach out if you do not provide an email to contact? How do we reach out if we submit a form through your website and do not respond?

This poster is an eminently satisfied resident of Presidium Waterford in Austin. So much thought and care has been devoted to this community. I've worked at Apple, Tesla and a Google contractor. I can say with authority what quality looks like. If Presidium Waterford is any kind of an example, Presidium deserves a place on the same level as the industry juggernauts listed above. It's not enough that the community is staggeringly beautiful from an architectural standpoint, the staff more than keeps up. Their spot-on responsiveness for any resident query or concern makes Presidium Waterford the prime choice for the urban mover and shaker. Just ask any resident.

I lived here at Villas at Tensión Park since June of 2019 and recently moved to a home. I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is great. They are the reason I decided to move here. Very professional. No problems. Very polite. All work orders always completed quickly without any issues. Ask for Scarlett or Eric. They are the best.
