Presidium 183 Apartments

This apartment is brand new! Yes there are growing pains being the first tenants but I have toured a lot of apartments around the Domain area, I liked the Bond and the Met, BUT…This one is hands down the best and most luxurious and I challenge anyone reading this to find a better apartment in the area! It feels like you are in a hotel, and the infinity pool looks spectacular! Amenities? OMG, come tour this place and thank me later, we have two hydro chairs, a speakeasy, a sauna and so much more! Our management team is doing an outstanding job despite challenging circumstances as the first tenants. Miranda and Janell are so amazing, caring and customer service oriented, I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with, they have really gone above and beyond to make this apartment my home. The

Not a secure place. Some random person has broken into the building a few times as there are many opened and unlocked gates throughout the property. There was an incident where someone peed in the elevator. Blood all over another elevator and the property was damaged. Outside doors are still being left open even by facility staffs - I see them do it every morning. Elevators are down every other week. There are 4/5 elevators. One or two of them are down every other week. Pool - this property opened back in July 2025? Pool is still closed because they couldn’t get the permit. Now, they are enforcing some stupid parking rule and making everyone sign up with some stupid company which was not part of the original lease agreement.

If you’re considering living here because it’s marketed as “luxury apartments,” read this first. The pricing reflects a luxury property, but the build quality does not. The units are so poorly built that the entire apartment visibly shakes when neighbors walk or close their doors. Residents are charged full amenity fees, yet the pool has never been open since this apartment opened back in summer 2025. It reportedly failed inspection and still has not been operational. Charging ongoing amenity fees for unavailable amenities is frustrating and misleading. Package security is another serious concern. Although there are package lockers and a designated mail room, deliveries are frequently left on the floor and packages regularly go missing; even from inside the lockers or mail room. If you

I’ve been living here for the past 3 months and so far I love it! Everything is kept clean and I haven’t had any issues. The fire alarm went off once at night since I been here but other than that I have no complaints. I love the gym and the sauna. Convenience store has been handy. Also haven’t had any issues with packages.

Management has been doing a great job. Amenities are kept nice and clean. I’ve been here 3 months and the fire alarm went off once due to the freeze which was fixed pretty quick. Other than that everything has been great.
