I rented from Presidio for a year and a half and had an overall good experience. I liked my place, it was updated nicely for the age of the building. Ron the owner is very nice, as well as the maintenance man Louis. The online portal for paying rent and putting in maintenance requests is easy to use. I had issues with some of my appliances, which was inconvenient, but all items were repaired or replaced (and I was happy that these appliances were included in my rent). Most people in the office were very nice. There was one person that got sassy with me, but I won’t let that detract from my review. My deposit was returned with only the expected deduction (standard professional cleaning fee). I would rent from this company again.

Do NOT rent or have your property represented by this company. I am a licensed realtor and they mismanage and misrepresent both the property and the tenant. They do not return your call, they lie, they aren’t nice. The LAST people you want representing you in any way. ESPECIALLY KEITH

If I could give them no stars I would. I rented from them a year or so ago and I still feel terrible every time I think of my experiences with this company, and the people in it. In an industry that relies on relationships and customer service I found almost all the employees to be both cold and dispassionate when I interacted with them. They ignored me when I asked for help with things like cockroach infestations that were there when you moved in, or just getting a working garage remote for the garage or fixing a door to the outside that couldn’t actually lock completely. This was the first company I ever rented from and it scared me for the rest of my renting experiences (thankfully every recent experience I’ve had with other companies, has been exponentially better than Presidio). Told me not to worry about move-out costs because they need to fix the foundation but I barely got any of my deposit back. They only checked the foundation because I was persistent about it because the house was slanting even more the longer I lived there and the cracks in the walls were getting bigger. Was not worth the price it was rented for. Also it was a duplex. The unit next to me was vacant for MONTHS. They didn’t manage that lawn at all. The city came by and posted several times for them to mow it and no one ever did. I put in requests for broken fence, no one ever addressed it or fixed it. I was charged for replacing a door knob because there was no key for it—I wasn’t given a key for it either. TBH—I was struggling financially towards the end but always reached out to them about

Bullet dodged. Haven't even met the jokers. One called me back, set up a viewing. Another called, hung up when I answered, then texted me saying we need to email u stuff and blah blah and "they never set up a viewing". Sir, you are gaslighting me about what your coworker and I agreed upon less than ten minutes ago? There are many ways to clear up confusion but denial and gaslighting are disgusting and unprofessional. Beware. I have zero patience for this behavior and thank God you showed your true colors early on.
