Preserve on Blue Road

We thought this place was amazing when we moved in, then learned more people utilize the complex that are not on the lease then the actual residents. This is directly related to the disgusting trash area, the unkept dog park, the trash cans being overflowing in ALL the areas, I believe. I’ve tried contacting the regional management team because the office is not helping and this is still the condition. You make the decision yourself if you wanna live here.

Move in was very smooth. The office staff is very nice and professional! Great group of ladies. My apartment was ready for move in and everything was spotless.

These apartments looked really nice and perfect for you next home for our new family. I am most likely going to be applying there and hopefully that can be our next new home. It’s very spacious for us! I really appreciate being shown what they looked like!

I just want work orders to get done in a timely manner. First moved in, went 3 months without a washer and now I'm without a dryer for over a week now. They claim they get done in the order they are received, but that's a lie because I had 2 work orders in at once and the second one I put in was done before the first one was by over a week. It is just getting frustrating

The snow removal is not snow removal. Barely cleaned the sidewalks. No salt so there’s ice. The parking lot is ice. This is not safe for people. The snow was not cleared from by my walkway either. Almost fell trying to get to my car. Also it was not done in a timely manner. People work early everyday. This is my first year here. And I will not be staying for another year.
