Preserve Lexington

Beware of leaks! There are many burst pipe incidences (as any apartment has) and kitchen sink issues. Below are pictures from apartment 7206 from a very persistent leak. Maintenance is very kind, but does not know how to fix leaks, which has lead to an incredible damage sink base cabinet. The standing water pictured here is incredibly dangerous and management does not care. If you move here, come with a tool kit and know how to fix our own pipes. Oh, and also be prepared for serious illness if and when you have these issues.

Sammy McCoy was fantastic on fixing things in our daughter’s apartment. The day after she moved in he came over and was so helpful and polite!

BEWARE OF THE SECURITY ISSUES! After living at Preserve Lexington for over a year, I have serious concerns regarding the management and security of the community, particularly since the administration transitioned to Asset Living. The current security situation is alarming. Homeless individuals are frequently observed within the community. There have been instances of individuals digging through trash, gathering around the fire pit, and accessing common areas such as the locker room and delivery areas. Furthermore, car break-ins used to be a recurring issue, further highlighting the lack of effective security measures in place.

I recently toured Preserve Lexington and was genuinely impressed. The community is quiet, clean, and really welcoming. The homes are modern, spacious, and well-designed definitely felt like somewhere I could see myself living. Juliet was amazing! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really took her time answering all my questions. You can tell she cares and knows the community well. Definitely worth checking out!
