Preserve at White Oak Luxury Townhomes - Taylor Morrison

Don't trust Taylor Morrison. Learn from my mistake. My close date was set obviously too soon to have the house completed by that date. We repeatedly asked to have the closing date pushed back but Taylor Morrison refused. At the meeting with the builder and his manager we got all kinds of excuses and assurances. "I was on vacation the week before your close and we're behind but we'll get it done on time." "The guy that was covering for me while I was on vacation had a rotator cuff injury and nobody worked on your house, but we'll get it done on time." "We can get a lot done in a couple days. It'll be fine. We'll get it done by your closing." Closing had to be pushed back from 10am to 2pm because they couldn't get the certificate of occupancy. When we walked into our "new" home the day a

They don’t value your time and money. They will lose your original approval documents from the town and say sorry. Your home will be delayed by any uncertain duration. Be prepared for your home to be built in 12 months. Our house is made a mess by these guys in the preserve @ white oak and we are at the mercy of the builder now. We ended our lease and are now living in another apartment month to month. When you ask them they say it will be finally built one day, keep waiting
