I’ve had an overall positive experience living here. The office team has great communication and is always responsive when I have questions or concerns. The maintenance team is reliable, friendly, and quick to handle requests, which I really appreciate. I’ve also noticed that management has been updating the appearance of the community and improving amenities, which shows they’re putting effort into making the property better for residents. I did have an issue at one point with loud neighbors playing music with heavy bass, but the office stepped in and helped address the situation, which made a difference. The only ongoing issues I’ve noticed are that some neighbors occasionally leave large trash bags outside their units, and some residents do not always pick up after their animals. I’v

We moved in 2024 and love it! We have best front door contests for the holidays, maintenance is fast to make repairs needed, and we have renovations always on schedule. Pool is always clean and the office is renovating the gym now with updates! Would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for

The maintenance crew is absolutely outstanding. Even with a limited team and resources, they consistently come through with repairs and handle everything that’s needed in a timely and professional manner. Their hard work and dedication truly make a difference—they are the backbone of this apartment complex and help keep the community running smoothly. I really appreciate everything they do.

Do not move in. Management is a mess. As well as the property. I am currently dealing with collections after moving out in May of 2025. I turned in my key the following business day of move out as I was set on a Sunday to move. I turned my key in to the front desk lady with the help of a maintenance man, and a temporary manager whose name the office apparently can’t look up in the system for him to state he was there when they key was turned in. So fast forwards to July 2025 and I am working a job out of town 6am-8pm no phone and I get calls from these apartments. I call back on the weekend when they are open and state I never turned in my key and charged me A FULL month of rent for May after I paid the prorated amount before move out and a FULL month of June when I had been away for a whi

UPDATE: DO NOT MOVE HERE! Nearly a month with no A/C and all management offered was a small credit. That doesn’t cover weeks of unlivable conditions, extra costs, or nights I couldn’t stay in my own apartment. Completely unacceptable, filed a BBB complaint. —————————————————————— My central A/C has been broken for over two weeks, and despite multiple requests, it still has not been repaired. Management installed a portable unit in my bedroom, but it does not properly cool the apartment—temperatures remain 85–90 degrees during the day. Because of this, my living room, kitchen, and bathroom are essentially unusable. I cannot cook or bathe comfortably until late at night, and the heat is causing food and trash to spoil more quickly, attracting ants into my unit. These conditions are unlivabl
