Preserve at Wells Branch Apartments

Absolutely love living here. Maintenance does good work, the office is very understanding and nice. Plus 2xs a month they have a small get together for fun events and the coordinator for the events is nice and does amazing work.

This is my favorite apartment community so far!!! The staff are friendly and do lots of community events. Quiet, clean, respectful and next to a nature park. Huge balconies and units are kept tip top!

I would like to say I have been living here for 4 years now and I love it. The manager we have now is Ms. Yeny she is very helpful and understanding. I have been going through some things with my health and she has really worked with me on my rent. They are very prompt when it comes to fixing anything that goes wrong. If I could give more than five stars, I would really enjoy the place. Just want to say thank you management for all that you guys do.

I recently visited this apartment complex and was impressed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, Jacqueline was amazing at answering all my questions. The amenities seem great especially the direct access the property has to the Wells Branch Trail, and the location is perfect. Definitely considering making this my new home!

Went in for a tour with Matthew Lee and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, funny, and didn't pressure me to making any decisions. He totally understood when I told him I was touring other apartment complexes. If I decide to move to the Preserve it’ll be bc of him for making me feel so safe and welcomed!
