Preserve at Old Dowlen

DON’T RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DUE TO MANAGEMENT. the view and neighborhood of this apartment is amazing. i love the people that live here because they’re super friendly and nice. however, i’ve been having plenty of issues in this apartment. my AC has went out 4 times since I’ve lived here, and every time i put in a maintenance request, nobody comes and fix it. i’ve had issues with big roaches, and i am super clean when it comes to living. i don’t know if there is a crack in the apartment to where they could be coming from, but i’ve put in a request for this as well and nobody came and communicated with me. i’ve had so many issues with the wifi here as well, and spectrum had to come 3 times in one week here. for me to be paying almost 1600 a month for a ONE BEDROOM ONE BATH, i kind

Best apartment so far. Been here for 3 years, staff is top notch, maintenance team and services are great and apartments are so well maintained. Unfortunately will be moving out to Houston. I have seen many “luxury” apartments but none of them are close to this place’s, simple yet attention to detail construction. Could say a lot more especially after a disappointing apartment hunt in Houston .

I moved in this week to Preserve at Old Dowlen, and I could not be happier. Bella, Courtney, and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Beaumont, Texas. First class all the way!

I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. It’s generally a nice and quiet place, providing a peaceful environment that’s perfect for relaxation. The workout and business centers are impressive—well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stay active and productive... During the summer, the pool area transforms into a fantastic vibe. It's a great spot to unwind and socialize with neighbors. The management team is exceptional, always responsive and attentive to residents' needs. Additionally, the maintenance crew deserves a special mention—their efficiency and friendliness set this complex apart. Overall, I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living experience!

The repair was completed but there was no communication that it had been done. Had a conversation with the maintenance lead and he said he would keep me informed. I am thankful that the repair was done but the lack of communication is not a good way to do business.
