Preserve At Catons Crossing

I would not recommend renting at The Preserves at Caton Crossing. There are ongoing issues with out-of-control dogs, and many owners do not seem able or willing to properly control them. There is animal waste throughout the property, which is unpleasant and shows a lack of enforcement. Trash is another major problem. Dumpsters are frequently overflowing, despite residents being charged a valet trash fee, which makes the situation even more frustrating. The appliances are old and dated, especially for the rent being charged. There has also been a noticeable amount of theft on the property and in the surrounding area, which raises safety concerns. Overall, management does not appear proactive in addressing these problems. Do your research before renting here. I hope this helps someone make a

My daughter just moved in and I love this apartment. It has ample space which is a pleasant surprise. The one bedroom is large enough in every aspect (bathroom, kitchen, living room and walk-in closet). I love the fact there are 3 locks and system that chimes. That's very important!!!! The surrounding area is also nice and Kaiser Permentae is being completed right next door, which you can just walk to.

Initially my time here was okay. I do agree with people that the fees add up and you might as well add an additional $100-150 to each month in additional expenses--but i understood that going into the lease. What is frustrating me most now is that we recently had a thunderstorm that blew the motherboard in the building elevator. It has been out for a week! I can't explain how inconvenient this has been for those of us that live on upper floors. Not to mention those with disabilities and/or are elderly--especially in this humidity and heat. There has been a lack of communication from the main office, unless you reach out. It would just seem to me, that if the building only has only one elevator, that they would keep the tools and equipment necessary and on hand, in the event that the one el
