Preserve at Brentwood

We’ve Moved in here at Preserve and the process so far has been smooth. Aleisha and Clara were really helpful with the move in process. Place is clean and well maintained.

I’ve had a great experience living in this community! It’s a clean, quiet, and well-maintained place that truly feels like home. One of the highlights has been the amazing staff. Clara from the leasing office has been incredibly helpful and professional—always ready to assist with a friendly attitude and clear communication. She made the move-in process smooth and continues to be a reliable point of contact. I’d also like to recognize Joe from the maintenance team. He’s always quick to respond, skilled in his work, and treats residents with respect. Whenever a maintenance issue comes up, Joe takes care of it efficiently and with care, which I really appreciate. I absolutely love living at Preserve at Brentwood! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes. A special shout-out to Clara Robinson, the Resident Services Manager — she’s been amazing! Clara is incredibly kind, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Any maintenance or lease question is handled quickly and professionally. The location is also perfect — close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to major roads. I feel safe and comfortable here, and the management team makes sure it always feels like home. Highly recommend Preserve at Brentwood to anyone looking for a great place to live in Nashville!

It’s ok. There are many monthly fees they don’t include in rent, so whatever you sign a lease for, expect to pay at least $500 more per month. $50/month for parking, $100 for sewage, and $50/month per pet. $50/gate entrance fob, $10/month for package storage even if you don’t get a package. And if you pay online with a debit card $100/month for what they call a convenience fee. They should include this in the base rent, but they don’t. They also don’t take personal checks, and the bank charges for official checks, so you’ll be spending more each month no matter what! A garage is $150/month. The dog park advertised is for small dogs, no space to toss a ball for a 50lbs pup. If you need a light bulb changed and request maintenance you are charged. Just a lot of extra charges…
