Roaches, bed bugs and mold are all over this place. It is a nasty but well kept appearances. They are constantly using heat to kill bedbugs in apartments. They also have a pest control service but doesn't work for the roaches. Don't do this to yourselves. There are better places to live.

Bed Bugs for months now. Management needs to do something other tha trying to kill them by heat!

Absolutely lovely place for seniors. My mom has been there for years, and now my aunt is there and loves it. The building is in great shape for the age. The grounds are kept up, and they inside is decorated nicely. I love the fact that there are activities that are hosted for the seniors, and staff is nice every time I come to visit. I also love the fact that maintenance request gets handled quickly. Its my opinion that for the price and size of the apartments, you are getting way more than you are paying for!

Place is clean, quite and repair service is awesome.

It's in a poor neighborhood that raises some concerns but the apartments are gated and enclosed so I'm not worried about anyone breaking into them and hurting my gramma or anything. The management is really nice, and the apartments are nice too and well kept. They do smell a little bit. One unit smelled vaguely like smoke and the other one smelled kind of musty but it wasn't overpowering. They're very affordable, $530 for a studio and they do have income based plans as well. Overall I liked them!
