I recently had the pleasure of working with Dunton Property Management and their management team , and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I reached out, the manager was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. Helen took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process seamless. The new staff members are not only professional but also friendly and knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that everything is handled efficiently. Potential tenants - RUN as fast as you can from this building and the management. Its been a 5 year nightmare of constant construction, damaged garage, lack of communication by management etc. Cars are damaged by the never ending problems and construction.

A truly terrible experience being a tenant in this building for about four years, the building is low quality, and the management is even worse. I cannot recommend you avoid this building more strongly.

Significant improvement since the new mgr came in. Happy w/ Dunton’s decision!
