Based on my personal experience, I would be very cautious about working with this brokerage. This has been one of the most difficult transactions I’ve dealt with, and I do have experience in the industry. In my opinion, the lack of management and oversight throughout the process has been very concerning. The situation became serious enough that I had to involve my attorneys, and even when my attorneys attempted to contact their attorneys, we did not receive a response. Meanwhile, as the property owner I have had to take on significant expenses during this process. In my experience, there was strong focus on collecting fees, but much less accountability when issues arose.
