We Rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. In the Ketchi park city area Falcon falls area 4711 N.Hillside Ct. Selena in the PPM Office was so kind helpful caring. Maintenance was pretty much on the ball. My roommate bailed on us. Stuck us with 3 months of rent. We had to move to a cheeper home to rent. Over all A±.

Been living in a home they manage for about 2 years love it! The people are nice and when there is an issue it gets resolved quickly. Definitely would recommend.

0/5. I WOULD GIVE 0 if I could. If you want a company, that leaves your doors to your house open, after they are done. This is company! They only want you for your money. The have left my door open numerous times, leaving access for anyone and everyone to come on in. This company is not to be trusted.

If I could give them no stars, I absolutely would. These people do not care about their tenants whatsoever. It is July, and we have been without an AC for 5 days. The inside of our unit is now 84 degrees, and my children are getting overheated. We ended up purchasing a window AC unit to keep one room cooled in order to prevent them from getting heat stroke, but we cannot use our living room or turn on our oven. When my husband contacted the office after we had already had an HVAC technician and a maintenance staff employee come out, we were given the run around about needing approval from the office for additional repairs, then the office manager, secretary, whatever she is stated that she wasn't sure what to tell us. My husband asked who the hell he needed to call to find out and she hung
