Ive been working with Gabrielle, for some time now. I believe im coming up on 5 years the end of November. The super fast if any maintenance issues arise. Ive never gone more than 24 hours before the the problem was resolved. I live in a privately owned condo complex and I wish I could say the same for them. But thank God I don't have to go through them for my maintenance issues I call Gabrielle, and as soon as she gets my message she or one of the other staff at Premier are on top of it immediately. Recently my hot water heater went. As soon as I spoke to someone it was replaced the very next day. I know other renters not dealing with PREMIER that have gone several days if not over a week. Premier Property Management manages almost all of my rental properties, and I’ve had a really positive experience working with them. They’re professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference when you’re juggling a lot. Cindy has been especially great — she’s knowledgeable, proactive, and always willing to help when something comes up. Overall, they’ve made owning rental properties much less stressful. I’d definitely recommend them.

I haven’t had an issue once that was not addressed on the spot. My property owner give me space and respect and value my concerns. I do not have any plans on moving because it’s hard to find a property management company that respects and values their tenant. As a tenant I don’t have anything bad to say I love the house that I live in it’s only been a year so far but so far so good. To ms. Priscilla she is wonderful once I found the house she made sure the house was mines!!!

Premier Property Management is the best management company that we’ve ever used for our properties they are reliable they are professional. They are plopped and they take care of all the necessary needs. I recommend this company to everyone and anyone.

I am very happy with Premier Property. Everyone is very Nice, Respectful and Helpful. I haven’t had any complaints or problems. If I do have any issues which I rarely have any. It’s handled in a timely manner. That’s why I rate them a 5 star. Thank you!!
