I wish I had have looked at this property's ratings before I actually rent it from them. I rented from these people for 3 years. Pay my rent on time for the entire 3 years. Not one late fee. When I get ready to move out I clean that house thoroughly. I had my husband to plug all the holes nail holes from the pictures we hung when I left the house was cleaner than it was when I moved in. They kept my deposit and then told me I owed them $80. They stated that I owe them $80 because they had to do touch up paint, repair damages on the sheetrock in various areas that was a lie. Four clean that house was cleaner than it was when I moved in. One missing a light bulb. I’ve lived with Ppmg for 6 years. I’ve never had any major issues. Unfortunately I’ve been told the property manager has sold my house out from me. They are not allowing us a renewed lease. This has strongly affected my family and home life. I have less than 2 months to pack up 6 years of my life, scrape together enough money and move somewhere else. We are nearing the holidays, the economy is crap and the housing market sucks. This was something I never thought they would do to us. I will never recommend Ppmg to anyone ever again.

I have been a residue at one of the properties for 3 years now I am approaching the end of my third year and I have a bad payment history due to the fact that when I turn in my payments through the mail they are not being added to my account in a timely manner and it is reflected a late payment. My rent is always on time property is kept clean and I had to pay a large deposit to get into the property which I do believe I will not be getting back I feel that false accusations of property damage will be applied. The landlord will not help out with pest control so I have been wrestling with bugs the whole time I have lived here with my family. If I could give zero stars, I would. The maintenance department with PPMG of Texas is absolutely unprofessional. They have no respect for residents’ time, rarely show up when they say they will, and when they do, the work is often inaccurate or incomplete. What makes this even worse is the double standard: residents are charged a fee if we miss an appointment, yet there are no consequences when they fail to show up or waste hours of our day. That’s blatant disrespect. Maybe instead of constantly contracting out unreliable work, PPMG should consider having an in-house maintenance team that is accountable to the property and its residents. At least then there might be consistency, accuracy, and some level of responsibility. Right now, it feels like residents are paying for poor service and z

The only reason this company deserves any stars is because Maggie was helpful in the touring process. Other than her, this company is beyond awful. Not only are they unwilling to work with newly commissioned military personnel in providing proof of income, when you do provide prior proof of income, make sure the bank statements only have 1 name on them or they will slash the income amount in half. Also, when trying to gather more information, if you email the Zillow contact after having already talked to an agent, they are extremely rude and will only allow you to talk with the other agent. Unnecessarily difficult and would not recommend wasting your time with these people.
