In January 2025, we contacted Ty and Traci Shivers regarding a condo they had listed for sale. Long story short—we ended up purchasing the condo, even though it needed a complete remodel. Since we live in New Jersey, managing a full-scale renovation remotely seemed overwhelming. But after doing our research and speaking further with Traci, we arranged a meeting to discuss the project.
