If they manage your HOA, not good. They do not enforce anything. I live in an HOA development to be around people that are neat and need to be. Not the case with them. Overgrown laws, some even so bad growing up their garage doors, in their driveways, etc. I have lived in other communities with HOA's, this is by far the worse. I know more than several people that have had it with slobs doing what they want. Junk left outside, grass growing onto the sidewalks. I don't even think they regularly look at how it is or just don't care.

Tracee Terrill has helped me tremendously while trying to sell our unit. I called and was able to speak to her directly no voicemail!! She emailed me what I needed for my agent within 5 minutes or less. As a homeowner I appreciate being able to get answers quickly. You’re doing a great job Tracee!!

Thank you Sarah for your prompt response regarding the plan I proposed to plant some trees in my yard. It only took a week to hear back from the HOA company with a clear plan for me to follow. I am looking forward to beautifying my property with some trees.
