Do not rent from Michael Petrevski. I paid up front for a 6 month lease while looking for a home to purchase. Immediately upon move in I noticed the toilet in the basement backed up sewage everytime the upstairs toliet was flushed. Additionally, the water that came out of the lines was dark brown and unusable. I immediately informed the company. They were aware of the issues and rented it to me anyway. Three weeks later without repair or sanitation methods taken ( the house unlivable with active sewage in the home), the city condemned the home and revoked the rental license. I moved out for the safety of myself and family: the home was not allowed to he occupied. Michael Petrevski refused to refund over $15,000. We are now in litigation through the court system.
