Why the Premier continues to TERRORIZE RESIDENTS WITH A TOWING COMPANY BREAKING MULTIPLE LAWS IS INSANE UNLESS THE TOO ARE BREAKING LAWS. ATHENS TOWING IS STILL-> Charging fees to let cars down, circling neighborhoods, still accepting cash only. PREMIER MANAGEMENT does not provide any type of notifications of a vehicle infraction or request for pickup to the resident. It's a loop of preying on residents and the community Predatory towing, sanctioned by Premier Association Management for a kickback I guess. I have lived here almost 20yrs, this company actively rides around the neighborhood all day long looking for cars to tow. PREDATORY TOWING. The HOA is aware of this. Premier Association Management has been our HOA management company for less than a year and they have been a welcome change. The company uses modern technology and processes to to deal with our community of over 500 residences. They're very accommodating and work with us to maintain high standards. Everyone we've encountered has been very friendly and knowledgeable, but Maria Roa has been a stand out! She is very responsive, helpful and provides clear guidance in handling matters.

We are completing our first year working with Premier Association Management. Susan and Chelsea have worked hard to ensure the transition was smooth. Our owners easily made the switch to their systems. Attendance at our meetings has improved which is a result of their friendly and attentive approach to managing our association. Our recent annual budgeting meeting was a success too. Here's to year 2!!
