Do not rent any apartment managed by this company. Their management practices are consistently poor. Many of their properties are occupied by low-income residents, and there are frequent issues involving individuals struggling with substance abuse. The company fails to maintain clean and updated common areas, and the surrounding environments are often poorly kept. Although some interior units may appear visually appealing, the overall building conditions do not meet acceptable standards. There is also a noticeable presence of homeless individuals around their properties. The rental prices are excessively high given the lack of proper maintenance and safety.

Living in a property managed by this company has been a smooth and pleasant experience. They are easy to reach, always professional, and truly care about keeping everything running properly. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, they’ve responded quickly and followed up to make sure everything was okay. It’s a relief to deal with a management team that treats tenants with respect and handles things the right way. I’m happy to be renting from them.
