Unprofessional. They had to send someone out on many occasions to clear garbage, feces, and debris left by previous tenants and still this was never done in full. Misty got down to my daughters level (age 5) and told her she should start getting rid of her toys because she has so many?! Told me I'm not allowed to have dirty dishes because it creates pests, god forbid half my sink has dishes from last nights meal. They gave us $500 out of a $2,300 deposit. They charged us for things damaged by previous tenants. They charged us for things documented and photographed before we moved in, showing it was previous tenants. We lived in one of their units for 11 months, starting in 2022 and ending in 2023. They didn't change or clean carpets prior to moving In and then charged us $700 when we moved

We couldn't be more happy and impressed with Misty and Preferred Northwest. The company makes good on their promise to focus on residential properties like ours, and we felt like they cared for our home the way that we would. Misty was absolutely amazing from our initial conversation all the way through finding tenants, providing routine updates, and turning over the property. She went far above and beyond to not only give us peace of mind that our home was well-cared for, but that we were kept up-to-date and treated with kindness and honesty. Even while Oregon Landlord and Tenant Law was changing and being tweaked by the response to the Coronavirus as it went into effect, Misty was a true subject matter expert as well as a compassionate and up-front communicator. She is a true example of

Very happy with their response time to maintenance issues. The landlord who deals with all requests responded to me promptly and had maintenance out as soon as the next business day. The manager was clear and kind, and they have always treated my husband well throughout years of living there. I was worried about dealing with maintenance request for the first time in my renting experience, but PNPM has been great! I am more comfortable knowing that they really do care about being great at what they do

Unreasonable rental requirements. The property I was interested in had a monthly rent of $795, but my application was denied. I earn $50,000 per year and have worked for the same company for almost 5 years. We submitted 2 applications for my fiance any myself at a total cost of $70 and were denied based on a poor mark on my credit from almost 7 years ago. All my bills are current. I have good verifiable rental history from being in Eugene the past 5 years. If you have any negative marks on your credit beware. They are happy to collect their application fee and let the property remain vacant at the expense of the property owner.

Terrible place to rent. They are shady people who lie straight to you. They are very unclear with their rental agreements and they hit you with a bunch of fees upon move out. They will send you an itemized list but when you ask them to point it out in your rental contract where the non refundable fees are they are unable to. They are also the most unprofessional people I have dealt with thus far. They are rude and almost impossible to stay in contact with. The moment you start questioning them and providing valid documentation they stop replying to your emails. They also don't state multiple things about their units in the contract, in my unit I had no access to the heating and cooling thermostat so most days the apartment was not any lower than 80 degrees with the heat still blowing when
