Very professional and tends to all your needs. I was sad to see our board go with another company when Preferred managements contract was up. The new company is located in a different state and when you call the majority of the time directly to voice mail. And when they do eventually answer and ask questions, they have no idea what they’re talking about and just give you an attitude. I’m disappointed the board didn’t renew Preferred Managements contract. I would highly recommend Preferred Management as they are friendly, professional and cater to all of your needs.

Update your location on Google maps. I have mentioned this to the lady at the front desk and now here we are 2 years later and still not adjusted there location. Don't understand??????

I highly recommend this property management company. They have been managing our poperty for a few years now and by far have been the best company the board has ever dealt with. Brad is always professional and responsive within reason. The staff is always professional when you call, very responsive, and helpful. We receive regular updates and our our financials are always on time. Additionally, Brad and the staff care for all the incoming calls from members of the community and update the board when appropriate. This company is top notch.

Do yourself a favor & stay away from this company.We hired them to manage our community & dealt with Brad exclusively.He possesses the personality of a door knob & is never around as you always have to leave a message with April who screens his calls.He overcharges for EVERTYTHING! Our new board just fired this company due to their incompetency. Brad is no where to be found so we just elected a new board & fired Preferred who has still not handed over the proper financials even though his contract expired April 30th 2020.All he cares about is collecting & is swift to charge a fee on top of everything.I am the new treasurer who has investment properties in the area who is not new to real estate management.I have contractors calling me to get paid for work they allegedly did for payment yet

Our board went through 3 management companies in one year! Thankful that we found PMA. Brad, April and staff are the BEST! Smooth transition, thorough, professional and knowledgeable! Looking forward to a long business relationship! I highly recommend them!
