They are both very personable and want to show you and explain to you, in terms you can understand, their observations, findings and solutions to problems as they are conducting their inspection. This husband-and-wife team work very well together and it became obvious very quickly that they love what they do and want to provide the best service possible. Elissa Martinez from Preferred Home Inspection was professional, responsive, personable, and most importantly very knowledgeable on home construction and mold remediation. She also was compassionate during a time when I was struggling with drying out my house after a flood. Elissa was thorough during the inspection and was patient answering all my questions. After passing the inspection, I felt confident that my home was mold free. She is worth every cent of the certification fee which was very reasonable considering all that it involves. The reports and certification paperwork were received in a timely manner; and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing peace of mind after flood damage.

I was lucky enough to be referred to this company by my real estate agent. They did two inspections for me within a week!
