I’ve lived at this property for three years, and this is by far the most dissatisfied I’ve been with management. Multiple maintenance requests have been submitted and ignored for over two weeks with no communication or updates. On top of that, an incorrect late fee was added to our account even though our rent is consistently paid on the 1st of the month, as reflected clearly in the ledger and per our lease agreement. Since the new management company took over, the leasing office has been consistently vacant and unreachable. There is no reliable point of contact, which is unacceptable for residents who need timely support and accountability. Failure to address maintenance issues, applying incorrect charges, and providing no access to staff falls well below basic tenant expectations and

Z Miller form the leasing office at The Brooke Apts, called me to tell me my package was left there. I let them know I will be picking it up on Tuesday my day off. Never got a email about the package from the leasing office like everyone else did. Now all of a sudden they can’t find my package. That’s odd and suspicious. The other Leasing Agent makes a shocking noise. The person Z who called and and was looking for the package was so frantic and had very nervous energy. Then she says this is too much for her to handle, Because why all of a sudden they can’t find my package after they told me they had it and they were holding it for me and the package status shows delivered. This is a very expensive package and I think my package was stolen and I don’t appreciate it not being there after it

Front office at Rowe Vinings has lied to us multiple times about fee prices and paperwork. When we went up to the leasing office to add my boyfriend as an occupant, this turned into a bigger ordeal than it had any business being. If the front office can't help create leases, why do you even have one? If everything has to be routed through a portal and all paperwork is electronically generated, how do you justify these exorbitant fees? Who sets your corporate policies and how often are they reviewed?

COLONY At CENTERPOINTE a PAC or Preferred Apartment Community residence is an amazingly well-run apartment residence in Midlothian, Virginia which upholds the most important value of PAC which focuses on customer/tenant-oriented services. I have lived here a few years & it has been a pleasure & a privilege to live here! Thank you staff for caring about us tenants!

Just editing to add that I emailed them and received no response. If you see this name attached to an apartment complex, RUN. The management is not concerned at all about residents and they make it apparent. I've had maintenance enter my apartment without notice. Even with notice they dont bother knocking and will open your front door and barge in regardless of your privacy. Four lights in the stairwell I use have been blown for over six months. Food debris lines the halls and stairwells leaving a sticky paste on your shoes. There are shingles lying in the landscaping from a hurricane over a year ago. I could write a novel about the glaring lack of concern that permeates this place. A complete failure at managing anything other than investor expectations.
