We have worked with Corey Lavender throughout the process of building our custom home. He is our project manager. He has always been available by phone and text ready to help. We built this home while we lived in Dallas. We would check on the build as often as possible, mainly on the weekends because of the drive. We're just getting started in the actual construction process so we're starting at neutral (aka ok). Hopefully at the end it will be 5 stars but that all depends on effective communication. Poor communication makes for poor results. And remember, in this economic environment, prices change quickly so make decisions and lock in prices.
