After touring several properties, Prairie Grass at Jordan Creek stood out for how organized and low-stress the experience felt. The community is clean, quiet, and clearly well maintained. The unit we toured was thoughtfully laid out with great storage and a design that makes everyday living easy. Shay was fantastic to work with. She was transparent and thorough, especially when explaining utilities. She provided real dollar averages for water, sewer, trash, and electricity so we could clearly understand monthly costs. That level of clarity gave us confidence in moving forward. Overall, Prairie Grass feels professionally managed and predictable, exactly what we were looking for.

No apartment operator is perfect, but PrarireGrasss is the best run complex I've lived in. Maintenance is responsive and actually responds same day if its urgent. Facilities are well kept. Parking lot is cleared within code. And lots of sweet pooches.

I had a horrendous experience with this company. If you do not sign a lease within 72 hours of completing an application, PrairieGrass at Jordan Creek Apartments will keep your deposit. In my case, my deposit was over $500.00. I attempted to resolve this directly with the office and they denied my request. I then submitted a compliant to the BBB and there was also no resolution to my claim. I then submitted a charge back on my credit card and they still fought me on this. I've lived here for two years now. Pretty decent apartment. Fair price in this neighborhood with all the amenities. Leasing office staff are friendly and caring, especially Shay. Maintenance employees are super nice. Things get taken care of in 24 hours, sometimes the same day. Family neighborhood so it's pretty safe. Multiple grocery stores in 5-10 minutes driving distance.

Overall it was a great experience living here! I could sometimes hear the people below me but overall it was pretty quiet. The staff is very nice and almost all my service requests were resolved in the same day. I would recommend living here the only downside was the gym mostly because it was very small not many more than two people could be in there at a time and there wasn't any dumbbells but I can't dock them for that because I knew that moving in. Great location for the price!
