Prairie Ridge at Goodland by HistoryMaker Homes

We recently had a client purchase a home in Goodland and we got the opportunity to work with Jaci who was INCREDIBLE from our first meeting to closing she was amazing. Super knowledgeable, patient and she goes the extra mile for all of her clients! Thank you again Jaci!

First I want to say how impressed with the building of my home. History makers are amazing and with one salesperson in particular Grace at the waxahachie location is the reason for my purchase from History makers. I didn’t purchase in here area because I looked another location better. But even though I didn’t purchase in her area her communication was great even after my purchase. One key thing that would need improvement and you need to hire a customer service team to check with customers at least 30 days after a purchase or sale. Call me if any assistance is needed😂😂That’s my expertise and it could increase sales.

Future buyers beware. The HOA is run by the developer. Customer service is nonexistent. Marcus the HOA manager who is supposedly running that place is terrible at his job and needs to be quickly replaced with somebody who actually serves the HOA fee paying members of this community.

I visited this community and the HistoryMaker Homes model today. The HistoryMaker model was beautiful and the sales counselor was great.
